Reiki-led integrative sessions in central Prague, offered in English and Portuguese. I provide a calm, private space for relaxation, grounding and inner clarity, especially welcoming international women living through busy or demanding periods. Each session is centred on Reiki and may include gentle conversation or guided reflection when appropriate. You do not need to follow a religion, believe in a particular spiritual system, speak perfect English or talk at length. Men are also welcome.
